Location is amazing, right near Times Square. Free happy hour was a nice bonus. Elevators were super slow and crowded, making it tough during peak times. Breakfast had a decent selection, but seating was really limited.

I loved the spacious room and delicious breakfast with made-to-order omelets. The hotel's location near the Empire State Building and Times Square was perfect. However, the slow elevators and crowded breakfast area were a bit inconvenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, except for one rude desk clerk. Charging $30 per night for an unused credit was disappointing.

The room was reasonably large in which to enjoy your breakfast, had wake-up service, that's cool. The staff members were all efficient and helpful.

Excellent location, subway station nearby, Times Square walking, Empire State, etc. Breakfast is excellent, lots of variety to choose from, the personalized omelet preparation service enchanted us! The snack at 5 pm excellent detail, with drinks and some snacks. The attention of the staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

The room, especially the dirty bathroom. Hair in the toilet, in the shower, used toilet paper, very poor cleaning . When we asked for maintenance cleaning, they did not sweep the room, they did not clean the bathroom, only changed the towels and arranged the bed.

I chose Embassy Suites for its convenient location near Bryant Park, and was pleasantly surprised by the well-landscaped exterior space acting as an open-air lounge with a unique American fare menu. The Heist bar, attached to the space, offered a cozy spot for a nightcap or a post-work drink.

i had an incredible time staying at The Embassy. the location was unbeatable, just a short walk to all the attractions. the staff were super attentive, and i loved the daily breakfast. our room had a stunning view, and the bed was so comfortable. the complimentary drinks in the evening were a lovely touch too. great value for a family of four.

My only gripe was the underwhelming breakfast spread - expected more from a Hilton; however, the overall experience was fabulous. 🌟

location is very good. breakfast is very complete, breakfast staff is excellent. rooms are smaller than in the pictures. housekeeping some left flawless and others bad. they didn't add up to Hilton honors points. the parking lots nearby are very expensive.

The daily cleaning. Sometimes they didn't replace the coffee capsules or the bath products, a pity because that reduces the quality.

The location of Embassy Suites allowed me to easily visit the Manhattan Skyline, which was a dream come true. The hotel's outdoor lounge with a unique American Fare menu and Heist bar were delightful surprises, providing a great place to relax and enjoy drinks in a charming setting.

One day they didn't clean up and day before they did it at 7:00 p. m. they arrived they tried to charge us a higher rate, after doing the observation they solved it.. We have to pay attention to the trifa of the reserve.

The room is a bit small for three people once the sofa bed is open there is no more room. However we are in NYC the rooms are necessarily small but for 2 people it's enough.

maybe a room with a view of Manhattan would have been nicer than the room on the 14th floor overlooking an office building that we had . But in New York we're only in the room to sleep in...

View of the Empire State Building, 10 minutes from times square and 3 minutes from the subway. spacious and well equipped room (TV, wifi, speaker, coffee / tea maker, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, toiletries, etc.) . full breakfast . small + for happy hour from 5 to 7 pm with two free drinks per person and small things to snack.
